From the beginning, this partition had the flag "hidden". i decidet to confirm, because setup offered it. I think that the problem startet when i installed windows7 the setup asked for a second partition for the bootmanager and so on. Check/uncheck the checkbox "Create a system image" located at the bottom of this page to include/exclude the system image. Go to Change Settings option on Backup and Restore control panel. Hope this helps, if this does not work please let me Teacher, not a tech person Though above solution should solve your problem, you can follow the steps mentioned below to exclude System image from your backup. You can undo this by repeating the same steps using the original system volume (you have to assign drive-letter to it) to revert to your previous configuration. Now you can reboot your machine and F: will become the system volume. From the disk part command-prompt: DISKPART> select volume F DISKPART> active From elevated command-prompt run: DISKPARTĥ. From an elevated command-prompt run: bcdboot.exe /s C:\Windows /s F.Ĥ. Assuming Windows 7 is installed on C: on your machine.
